二戰德軍騎兵鞍袋 Saddle bag
This is a WW2 German model 1928 cavalry single leather saddle bag.The bag is for the left hand side for the horse and is in excellent condition with the center joining piece which goes over the saddle bag to join with the right hand bag which makes up into a rucksack for the rider to put on when dismounted.The right hand bag is not present.The bag is waffen stamped and dated.Those who know and have these saddle bags are very often looking for the joining piece to complete their set as they are very often missing and are quite rare.The bag is marked FRANZ COBAY BERLIN 1936.The markings on the joining piece is HEINRICH SOHN 1937 4/ kbs.# posted by Yang D @ 4:40 PM
